Platform Update v1.3.6

The 1.3.6 release introduces support for the second embedded Linux platform in as many months with the addition of the Sierra Wireless mangOH Yellow development board. This board offers numerous connectivity options with an onboard BLE/Wi-Fi chip, NFC tag, and cellular modem, and is packed with several sensors to measure a wide range of data. It’s a great board to get started with in IoT given the number of options it contains out of the box, so check out the mangOH Yellow getting started guide to try it out on Atmosphere.

Also added in the 1.3.6 release is support for four new sensors: two MikroElektronika Click boards with the Heart Rate 5 Click and the Pressure 3 Click, and two Seeed Studio sensors with the Grove vibration sensor and Grove loudness sensor. All of these sensors are now available in the Studio Element Library, and we’ve also included demo projects in Atmosphere Studio to use each of them.
